Attention Graduating Seniors:
An important part of the graduation clearance process is completing the Graduating Student Questionnaire (GSQ) online. The GSQ allows the university to get an understanding of students’ satisfaction related to campus experiences, services, and facilities. It also provides measures for evaluating the adequacy of parts of the curriculum and campus environment.
To complete the GSQ, please visit this address: http://itssurvey.truman.edu/Surveys/TakeSurvey.aspx?surveyid=1126 (When prompted to log on, make sure to use a backslash: truman\username, NOT truman/username). Note: Use the username and password you use to logon to Windows computers on campus.
The GSQ must be completed in order to complete the graduation clearance process; you’ll receive a thank you at the end of the survey indicating its completion.

The Assessment and Testing Office coordinates the University's Assessment Program, administers national standardized paper-based and computer-based examinations within a secure and comfortable setting, and provides testing services to Truman students and the surrounding communities.
