About the test:
The ACT is intended to assess and measure overall educational development and to predict how well the examinee will perform in college. High school students who intend to apply for college primarily take the test. The ACT assessment consists of the following sections:

The basic fee for the ACT (no writing) is $46 and the ACT (plus writing) is $62.50. This fee includes scores sent to up to 4 college choices.
